THE DRUMS INSIDE YOUR CHEST is a performance poetry concert film offering a raucous new vision of contemporary America poetry. Inspired by the spontaneity and energy of rock-and-roll concert films, DRUMS captures all of the humor, dirt, song and fire of seven award-winning younger poets: Amber Tamblyn, Beau Sia, Derrick Brown, Mindy Nettifee, Buddy Wakefield, Jeffrey McDaniel & Bucky Sinister, on stage, backstage and watching from the wings during a special, one-night-only Los Angeles performance.
